I organised a group of carers to undertake the MHFA training with Liz and Chris. They knew exactly how to ensure everyone was comfortable with the content and how to pitch it so everyone understood. It was a friendly, confident and knowledgeable workshop. I have constantly used the skills they empowered me with.

Liz presented a 1.5 hour introduction to mental health first aid at Optimum Health Solutions multi disciplinary conference. Liz did a fantastic presentation that was full of practical skills that could be put in to practice straight away.
